Justification . . .

. . . or a complex set of lame excuses? 😉 Whenever my mind drifts speeds ahead towards gear changes, I usually come up with various “reasons” in an attempt to justify the changes. The truth probably rests somewhere in between the reasoning and the fact that I enjoy trying/shooting with different gear, with some regularity in changes.

In this case, though, I’m not sure that accessibility to critters will improve any time soon; and if/when it does, that’ll be nice “justification” for more changes.

That said, since the M9 arrived my use of the M10-R has been halved. Still, I need the Visoflex to focus the Noct and the 90mm APO accurately, even though I much prefer the simplicity of rangefinder when using M lenses. One possible move would be to add an SL2-S, then ditch the non-Leica stuff for a 24mp M10 variant.

Trouble is, it’s much easier to type the above and daydream about it than to do the legwork to make it happen–especially when there’s really nothing wrong with the current setup. Let’s see if my motivation rises to match the current bout of G. A. S. . . .
