An outing with the M10-R and the 75mm Summilux shot wide open using the Visoflex confirms a couple of things: focusing errors on my part with the M9; and that it resolves fine details wide open every bit as well as the 80mm Summilux-R.
Still, full aperture shots are loaded with stuff I don’t see when I shoot an APO lens wide open. Yeah, it’s a bit bothersome on the M10-R, which is why I wanted to be able to shoot it on the M9.
Maybe time to try something different . . . again . . .
