It’s fun to read others’ speculation about what cameras may or may not be upcoming, what features/configurations they want, and even how they think the various camera manufacturers should run their businesses. But for once in my photography life, I’m not looking for the next great feature set or upgrade.
No, it’s not because I’m getting more resistant to change as I age. Innovation is the spice of life, and change is a motivator. It’s because, for the first time, what I have currently brings me satisfaction. The challenge is not to find a new feature to improve my photography, but to improve my skills with what I believe to be the best tools for me at this time.
Still, that stuff is fun to read . . . and think “what if . . . “
